The plugin binary and sources are available to download on ASM ObjectWeb site. You can also use anonymous CVS Repository to access plugin sources there.

Bytecode Outline binary/sources (2.1.0 version): stable release, requires Eclipse 3.1

Bytecode Outline binary/sources (2.2.0 version): stable release, requires Eclipse 3.2

Bytecode Outline binary/sources (2.2.3 version): stable release, requires Eclipse 3.3

Bytecode Outline binary/sources (2.2.12 version): stable release, requires Eclipse 3.4 or 3.5

Bytecode Outline binary/sources (2.3.0 version): stable release, requires Eclipse 3.5 or 3.6

Bytecode Outline binary/sources (2.4.0 version): stable release, requires Eclipse 3.6 or 3.7

Note: please do not unzip the Bytecode Outline jar file - just copy it to the dropins folder for Eclipse 3.4-3.7, or plugins folder for Eclipse 3.3.
